Kim N. Cumberbatch, author of Dani’s Forest Journey
Kim N Cumberbatch was born and raised on the sunny island of Barbados and currently resides in NYC. Kim has worked with at risk young adult mothers & children for the past 21 years and this has been a big part of her inspiration. Kim is very family oriented and considers her family to be most important to her. If she isn’t spending time with her family, close friends and 7 godchildren, you can almost find her planning a tropical vacation. Dani’s Forest Journey is Kim’s first children’s book
Dani and Cici Have a Play date
Dani the adventurous little girl who got lost in the woods, returns to have a playdate with her friend Cici. While playing with their dolls, the pair comes up with an idea to create their own haircare line. With the help of Cici's mother, Mrs Charlotte who happens to run a beauty salon in her house, the two kids set to start a journey. This book is about two friends who discovered more than a good time at their playdate
Dani’s Forest Journey
Dani was on her way to visit her friend Cici before she got lost in the woods. She encounters everything from a bear dressed in a plaid shirt to an evil witch. She has to rely on help from some new friends she made on the way for her to get out of the woods. Will Dani be lost forever or will she find her way to her friend's Cici's house.
